The eKVV is the university-wide "electronic course catalogue ( ekvv)". You will find all information on current and past courses offered by Bielefeld University and can obtain detailed information about the courses. The public view of the electronic course catalogue (eKVV) is part of the external presentation of the university and is primarily aimed at students and prospective students. Login areas for students and staff are available to all employees and students. Data entry and maintenance is decentralised to the individual departments and institutions.

In addition to presenting the courses on offer, the electronic course catalogue (ekvv) is also used to organise studies and teaching. This is where course bookings, room scheduling, the connection of eLearning and evaluation software as well as the electronic reporting of academic achievements for examination management are organised.
